Overview
The Action, Results, Commend (ARC) Program is a service of Lincoln Electric. This program is provided for all eligible colleagues of Lincoln Electric. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
ARC is limited to current Lincoln Electric colleagues. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of points is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
Lincoln Electric reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Lincoln Electric at its sole discretion. Lincoln Electric reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible colleague is automatically enrolled in the ARC program and will use their registration code and last name to gain access to the ARC website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
1. Any ARC Points not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.
2. ARC Points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. The ARC Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer ARC Points to another participant. ARC Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
1. Lincoln Electric reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.
3. Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Lincoln Electric ARC Points Earned:
This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as ARC Point balances.
Termination of Program:
Lincoln Electric reserves the right to terminate the ARC Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed ARC Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Participation Program Tracking:
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the ARC online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the ARC online catalog.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, Lincoln Electric, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the ARC Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Privacy Notice:
This website is housed and operated by Online Rewards on behalf of Lincoln Electric. The information collected on this website will be used by Lincoln Electric in connection with the ARC Program.
